As technology age grows, Internet and computers continue to have deep impact amongst users in the world. Technology plays a major role in shaping the nature of learning environments in addition to manual educational system. Learning is never the same again as in few decades ago, but more interesting and entertaining. Using the hypothesis of eLearning tools are best made to operate within a carefully selected and optimally integrated course design model. This paper is written with the objective to gain insight of the criterias of good learning software in educational level, by incorporating Bloom’s Taxonomy; to attain information on the importance of learning software amongst children.
