Increasingly personas are being developed and applied in teaching and learning contexts to ensure that programs of study are developed that are responsive to the needs of students and other key stakeholders. This paper explores the use of the persona in utlising e-technology in a post secondary education context. A case study is presented to demonstrate the application of the persona focusing om use of e-technology in social work and human services education.
