The purpose of this study was to develop the knowledge management competences required for college business and management students. In order to complete the above purpose, the methodologies used in this study include literature review and Delphi study. First, through researching and analyzing the literature, the questionnaire for knowledge management competence classification levels were established, including category, item, and indicator. Secondly, the developed questionnaire was used to collect opinions from divergence to convergence among the Delphi experts. The Delphi study was terminated in three rounds after the Delphi panelists reached consensus of the questions and achieved stable answers between the Delphi rounds. The research results of this study include:
1. Four competency categories: knowledge acquisition, conversion, application, and protection. 2. Eight competency items: knowledge selection, acquisition, learning, storage, structure, creation, dissemination, and protection management. 3. Thirty-two knowledge management indicators. The results are intended for the applications or references of further test development, teaching references, curriculum design, and related research.
